Our Story
Bracole Adult Foster Home was founded by Fridah Boehm, whose passion for caring for others led her to create a warm, family-like home for those in need. With years of experience in caregiving, she recognized that life is full of gray areas—times of uncertainty when compassion and support mean everything. Bracole was built to be a place where individuals find comfort, dignity, and unwavering care through life’s transitions.
The name Bracole comes from Fridah’s two beloved children, a reflection of the endless love and commitment that drives everything we do. Here, care is not just a service—it’s a promise that extends beyond today, offering a sense of continuity, connection, and belonging that lasts a lifetime.
Meet the Founder
Fridah Boehm, R.N., has spent her career providing compassionate care in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and in-home care settings. Her diverse experience has given her a deep understanding of the unique needs of each individual, inspiring her to create a home where residents receive personalized, dignified support in a warm and nurturing environment.
